Since its inception, Sterling has developed over four million square feet in New York City and the metropolitan area. Sterling has successfully completed projects ranging from urban Class "A" office towers and residential condominiums, to suburban multifamily communities and major sports complexes. In its role as a consultant, Sterling Development serves as a valued in-house resource to Sterling's American Property, Inc., evaluating investments and managing capital improvement work. It has employed its expertise on behalf of government agencies, major institutions, including affiliates of JPMorgan, Radio City Music Hall, Major League Baseball and The US Postal Service. Depending on the nature of the assignment, Sterling Development advises on all or selected phases of the development process from site evaluation and selection to sales and disposition.
