Senior Financial Analyst | Great Neck, NY
Sterling Equities is currently seeking a
Associate Analyst to join our growing Acquisitions Department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of financial models and forecasting
Assist in due diligence and other transaction documents
Participation in acquisition process and investment strategies / opportunities
Requirements: BS in Accounting/Finance, MBA pref.
Significant experience analyzing RE and real estate related assets
Transaction experience pref.
In depth understanding of real estate valuation methodologies
Must understand underwriting issues and work with investors and lenders in the underwriting, analysis and negotiation of real estate transactions
Exceptional MS Excel skills
Experience with Argus software
Excellent communication skills required
